About this Course

Join us for an active hour of snowshoeing followed by two hours of nature immersion (forest bathing) with Brandy Case Haub of Intertwined Nature Forest Therapy boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure and stress hormones, prevents and relieves stress and anxiety, and increases cognitive functioning. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. Please dress in layers and wear your snow boots. Snowshoes will be provided.
