About this Course

In Break It and Build It Camp, junior engineers will safely take apart gadgets like computers, phones, and toys to uncover how they’re designed and their inner workings. Campers will explore foundational engineering concepts, hands-on problem-solving, and the art of upcycling. Throughout the week, students will investigate, deconstruct, and repurpose materials ending with the creation of their own unique, one-of-a-kind artwork made from the parts they’ve dismantled. *Safety Note: Students will be using basic tools to disassemble the gadgets. Safety glasses and equipment will be provided for campers.
